SYLLABUS
The syllabus is designed to be of interest to all levels of members from beginners through to advanced photographers.
This season our syllabus emphasises education and practical nights where members can use their cameras, learn from others and try out things learned.
In a significant change to ur previous seasons we are experimenting doing without internal club competitions, apart from our end of season Annual competition night.
The bi-monthly competition nights we have run for many years are being replaced by two ''My Portfolio' nights where members present half a dozen of their favourite images for review and constructive advice. The evenings freed up by this are allocated to practical nights and lectures from external speakers and club members.
In this way we hope to retain the benefit of constructive feedback offered by competitions while spending more time enjoying our cameras and learning
